🔄 Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Be in its original packaging (where applicable).

Include all accessories, manuals, or free gifts that came with it.

Please note:
Some items such as personal care products, earphones, software, or downloadable goods are not returnable due to hygiene or digital nature, unless defective.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refunds are issued for the product cost only — shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

🚚 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

⚠️ Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We may request photos or videos of the item and packaging to speed up the resolution.

📦 Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or sent in error.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.
